The language of a website does not locate its legal rules
An English-language page can serve users in several jurisdictions.
The same vocabulary does not establish that the provider, agreement or complaint process belongs to one of them.
Source titles and contract details should identify the legal context. Reading foreign guidance can help prepare questions while local official information answers jurisdiction-specific ones.
